At Playbook Sports, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, and delivery times for all orders placed through our website.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and internationally

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping - Australia Post:

Prices will be calculated upon checkout and can also be found on individual product pages

Generally 3-6 business days for metro areas, but check the shipping calculator or checkout for accurate ETA's for your postcode.

Express Shipping - Australia Post

Prices will be calculated upon checkout and can also be found on individual product pages

Generally 1-3 business days for metro areas, but check the shipping calculator or checkout for accurate ETA's for your postcode.

Express orders are given priority over standard orders and will be packed and shipped first.

International Shipments

For international customers, Playbook Sports will contact to you about details.

All single cards will be shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader at minimum

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@playbooksports.com.au. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. For lost items, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We may request photos or additional information to assist in processing your claim.
